Welcome to TEAM DESIGN

As a result of evolving industry demands, KFUPM has identified that the discipline “silos” need to be broken with the adoption of a multidisciplinary format for senior design. KFUPM engineering students also need to be pushed to the next level to become out-of-box thinkers, risk takers, and innovators. Accordingly, the university has introduced a new direction for its senior design courses wherein all engineering seniors are required to work on multidisciplinary teams that self-initiate their own projects and design novel prototypes. In this way, KFUPM is preparing its engineering graduates for the Vision 2030 workplace. The overall effort has been dubbed TEAM Design.
